  Went into Crystal Springs Convenience & Liquor store today in Warman to get change, there were two people behind the till one sitting down and one standing at the till and I had said “may I have some change” The lady sitting down said “what kind of change”? I said can I get a 10 and two 5’s please”? She said “no I don’t have change”! So I said “oh, I can just buy something and then get change that way”... being polite as I always am. and I proceeded to pick up a package of tums right beside the till! The other girl working there was just standing there looking at me! She came over and yelled at me and said “I said I don’t have any change”! (Meanwhile there was a customer in front of me who just paid with cash and got their change back!!!!! (And the till clearly had cash in it). I said “but if I purchase this package of tums I’d get change right”? She said “you’re not buying that, I’m not letting you buy that because all you want is change “! I said “but if I’m a paying customer purchasing these tums I’d have to have my change back”? She said “I haven’t been to the bank yet to get change, and as a manager I am refusing you to buy anything in this store, I am not letting you and get out”! Seriously, literally leaning on the counter YELLING at me no word of a lie!!! THEN.. rips the tums out of my hand and yells at me and says “I am refusing to let you buy anything, I’m standing there in shock wondering if this was some kind of joke and I said “are you serious? I didn’t do anything wrong I just want to purchase something and get my change, what if another customer came in and bought a bag of chips... you can’t refuse to give them their change ma’am”! She said “you’re not welcome in this store GET OUT “! I stood there in disbelief that this was ACTUALLY happening and turned around and walked out... I Can NOT believe she just treated me like that... screaming at me and refusing to serve me and refusing to even let me BUY something.... when I did NOTHING wrong!
